

The low-pressure area (LPA) monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has a ‘medium chance’ of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours, the PAGASA said.
The state weather bureau announced at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 21, that the LPA was seen moving 950 km northeast of Eastern Visayas.
RH Edniel Parrosa previously reported that the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary Raffy Alejandro said the agency would maintain its “Red Alert” status amid the Tropical Depression Crising’s exit from the PAR.
In an update, the PAGASA announced that Yellow Warning Level is observed at Bataan, Cavite, Metro Manila, Zambales(Botolan, Cabangan, San Felipe, San Marcelino, San Antonio, San Narciso, Olongapo, Subic, Castillejos) and Batangas(Tuy, Nasugbu, Lian, Calatagan, Balayan, Laurel, Calaca).
