The low-pressure area (LPA) east of Southern Luzon developed into Tropical Depression Egay on Friday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
"At 8:00 AM today, the low pressure area east of Southern Luzon developed into Tropical Depression Egay,&rdquo; PAGASA said in a Facebook post.
A weather bulletin will be issued at 11 AM today.&nbsp;
