A recent mass wedding event, known as the 'Kasalang TODA,' took place in Pasig City, where 22 tricycle drivers and their respective partners exchanged vows.

The celebration also welcomed family members and friends of the grooms and brides as guests of honor.

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto presided over the wedding ceremony and officiated the signing of wedding contracts.

Several members of the Pasig Local Government Unit participated as wedding sponsors, including Vice Mayor Robert "Dodot" Jaworski Jr., councilors Eric Gonzales, Kiko Rustia, Simon Romulo-Tantoco, Maro Martires, Angelu de Leon, Quin Cruz, Corie Raymundo, Pao Santiago, and Volta delos Santos.

Shalani Romulo, the spouse of Roman Romulo, also joined as one of the wedding sponsors.

The city government's objective is to continue organizing mass weddings as they believe it strengthens the unity of couples and families.

Furthermore, city councilors advised and reminded the newlyweds to treat each other with mutual respect, serve as inspirations to one another, prioritize their faith in God and their families, and remain committed to their relationship.
