

The international food database, Taste Atlas, recently unveiled its list of the top 50 best stir-fry dishes from around the world, featuring several beloved Filipino noodle dishes.
Leading the pack is Pancit Malabon, securing the 22nd spot on the list with an impressive rating of 4.2 stars.

Taste Atlas describes it as a dish characterized by thick noodles and predominantly seafood ingredients.
Following closely is Pancit Bihon, claiming the 34th spot and earning a respectable 4.0-star rating.

This dish features rice noodles, sliced pork or chicken, assorted vegetables, complemented by soy sauce and lightly seasoned with lemon juice, according to the Taste Atlas description.
Lastly, Pancit Canton secures the 36th spot on the list with a solid 3.9-star rating.

Taste Atlas describes it as a Filipino dish with Chinese origins, highlighting yellow wheat noodles, various meats, seafood, and vegetables, all enhanced with a flavorful combination of soy sauce and oyster sauce.
While the top spot on the list was claimed by Thailand's Phat kaphrao with 4.8 rating.
TasteAtlas has also previously acknowledged the excellence of Philippine cuisine after including isaw, proben, dinuguan, bopis, and papaitan as some of the best offal dishes in the world.
