When it comes to being smart with money, Neri Naig has already proven a lot. Among her most recent properties is the two-bedroom bungalow Baguio Hillside House.
She and her husband, Parokya ni Edgar vocalist Chito Miranda, both posted a notice of rent on Instagram. It also has its own page on Airbnb.
"Marami ring outdoor spaces para mas feel talaga ang ginaw ng Baguio. May space din para sa ihawan," Neri wrote on her Instagram.

Her hillside property can accommodate up to 11 people and includes a staff house for the driver and household staff.
There are two queen beds and one small double bed in each of the two bedrooms. In addition, the bungalow has a dedicated workspace, free parking, a kitchen, and a private patio or balcony. Rent begins at P10,000 per month.
