Two weeks after they confirmed their split, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, best known for their well-loved loveteam KathNiel, reunited on stage of "Forever Grateful: ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2023” held on Wednesday, Dec. 13.
In an X (former Twitter) post, Philippine Concerts posted a video of KathNiel performing “I’ll Be There For You”, a hit song by rock duo The Rembrandts.

Both Kathryn and Daniel had their solo performances at the event, with Kathryn fiercely dancing to the hit “Water” and Daniel serenading the crowd with ballad songs.

In another X post by Eusyl, KathNiel was seen standing next to each other during the closing stage of "Forever Grateful: ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2023”.

Many fans and supporters were pleased to see the former couple, who seemingly had no remorse with each other after the breakup.

Last Nov. 30, Kathryn and Daniel confirmed in separate Instagram posts that they decided to part ways as a couple. They were together for 11 years.
