After making her name in the international scene with 'Triangle of Sadness', Dolly de Leon is now a stunner named best-dressed in different events.

Taking, for example, her eye-catching 'Kumot-Coat' during the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards 2023 afterparty co-hosted by British Vogue and Tiffany & Co.

The design was from the creative mind of Paris-based fashion designer Jude Macasinag who shared on social media the unique couture.

"Actress Dolly de Leon — nominated Best Supporting Actress for her role in Triangle of Sadness— wearing a made-to-measure #JudeMacasinag “Artist’s kumot (blanket)” ensemble at this year’s #BAFTA afterparty," he captioned.

The ensemble is between formal and casual styles with a short corset in beige cotton, which is worn on top of her blouse and wide-cut trousers.

Of course! To complete the look, the iconic 'Kumot-Coat', tagged as 'Nilalamig-sa-Baguio Couture', is inspired by the Sparrow blanket—having the touch of Filipino heritage.

This masterpiece is indeed made for Dolly, as Macasinag mentioned the story behind the coat.

"Her stylist, LJ Perez, mentioned how she easily gets cold. So in humor, I made her a blanket — but couture version, of course," he explained.

The designer also made a personal touch stitching, "Para kay Dolly," in coat's lining.

The award-winning actress was styled by LJ Perez, hair by Lotte O’Shea, and makeup by Sally Miura.
