OPM singer Kitchie Nadal is putting a valuable and rare item with her for over 20 years up for sale!
Imagine getting hold of a piece of memorabilia that once belonged to your favorite artist. Doesn’t it sound like a real catch? The Filipino icon announced on Wednesday, that she is parting ways with her “beloved” Parker Fly Deluxe guitar.
Throughout her decades-long career, the musician was spotted playing the guitar model at various gigs and performances. On her social media accounts, Kitchie said that the guitar is a “true gem,” and she could vouch for that because it’s versatile, lightweight, and built to last. However, after 20 years, the musician said that it was time to part ways with it.
“I'm parting ways with my beloved Parker Fly Deluxe guitar, which has been with me for over 20 years! This guitar is a true gem— incredibly versatile, lightweight (it’s traveled with me all over the world), and built to last,” she captioned her post.
“This guitar has served me well, but it's time for it to find a new home where it can keep inspiring music!” she added.

Kitchie’s vintage Parker Fly Deluxe is a model of an electric guitar built by American manufacturer Parker Guitars in 1993. It's known for its lightweight feature and resonance and was a popular choice among musicians as it can access both acoustic and electric tones.
In 2016, the production of all of the guitar models at Parker Fly ended. The company has not released a new model of any kind since, making Kitchie’s guitar a truly valuable item.

The OPM singer began her musical journey as the former lead vocalist of the alternative rock band Mojofly. She exited the band in 2003 to embark on a solo career, releasing chart-topping hits like “Huwag na Huwag Mong Sasabihin” and “Same Ground” among others.
