Kris Aquino's children Bimby and Josh visited the office of First Lady Liza Marcos today, July 9.

"Thank you Bimby and Josh for dropping by. It was so nice to see you guys after all these years," said the First Lady.

The two siblings also gave presents to the First Lady.

It is commonly known that the families of Marcos and Aquino had a political rivalry that stemmed from former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and late Senator Benigno S. Aquino Jr.

Aquino was supposed to run for president in the 1973 elections when Marcos declared martial law on September 21, 1972.

On August 21, 1983, Aquino was assassinated.
