Filipino stars Liza Soberano and Ylona Garcia will be presenters at the 2024 Anime Awards.
Led by the popular streaming service Crunchyroll, the eighth Anime Awards would showcase the best in Japanese animations.
Joining Soberano and Garcia are Japanese artists Chiaki Kuriyama, LiSA, ROLAND, and So Takei; rappers Labrinth and Megan Thee Stallion.
Actresses Rashmika Mandanna and Iman Vellani will also be present along with pro wrestler Mercedes Varnado and athlete DeMarcus Lawrence; director Joaquim Dos Santos and; filmmakers Phil Lord & Chris Miller.

According to Crunchyroll’s official website, the awards show is the “leading yearly awards program honoring the creators, musicians, and performances across the anime industry” wherein fans worldwide would vote for their favorite anime series, characters, creators, and voice actors to celebrate anime in Tokyo, Japan.
The 2024 Anime Awards is set to be held on March 2, 2024, at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa.
