Mercato Centrale, a prominent open-air food lifestyle market in the Philippines, thrilled its patrons with news of its return to the Southern region through a collaboration with Lifemalls by Filinvest.

The much-awaited partnership commenced with the exciting launch of the "Food Festival by Mercato Centrale" at Festival Mall Alabang, marking the very first Lifemall to host this delightful culinary event.

Founder RJ Ledesma shared his vision of establishing Mercato Centrale as a regular presence in all Lifemalls by Filinvest, aiming to create a captivating fusion of diverse gastronomic delights and an engaging outdoor food experience for mall-goers.

“Lifemalls by Filinvest have consistently shown strong support for both business growth and community development, which is why we're delighted to collaborate with them. This provides us with an opportunity to continue our advocacy of supporting micro and small food enterprises," expressed Ledesma.

The "Food Festival by Mercato Centrale" at Festival Mall treats visitors to a distinctive dining adventure accompanied by live music performances from handpicked buskers.

Located at the mall's Water Garden Park, the food booths allow diners to relish their meals amid a natural setting.

The food market showcases an array of 15 to 20 food booths, each offering an enticing selection of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Middle Eastern delicacies.

Operational from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. every Thursday to Sunday, Mercato Centrale at Festival Mall Alabang will delight food enthusiasts until December 31.

Furthermore, fans of this delightful food market can look forward to another treat, as Filinvest's Fora Mall Tagaytay will host Mercato Centrale from September 4, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
