South Korean music label Source Music on Monday, Oct. 16, announced that LE SSERAFIM’s Kim Chaewon would postpone activities for the group to focus on her recovery from Type A influenza.

“We have determined that her priority should be on her recovery. Consequently, Kim Chaewon will not be participating in all activities temporarily, including the pre-recording of “NPOP” that was scheduled for today,” South Korean outlet Soompi stated via Source Music’s post on WeVerse.

The girl group’s agency added that while recovering from influenza, Chaewon experienced frequent dizziness that resulted in a hospital visit.

Only the four members of LE SSERAFIM will continue to be active following her diagnosis.

The girl group earlier canceled their “FLAME RISES” concerts in Bangkok, Thailand, after Kim Chaewon, Huh Yunjin, and Kazuha were confirmed with Type A influenza.

LE SSERAFIM is a five-member girl group. They are best known for their songs, “UNFORGIVEN,” “ANTIFRAGILE,” and “FEARLESS.”
