Bessie of the K-pop group Lapillus will be temporarily sitting out from their activities due to health issues, according to their agency MLD Entertainment.

In an official statement posted on the group's official fan cafe, MLD explained that Bessie has received a prescription from a medical professional which suggests the idol to take a rest for the time being due to poor health.

The company added that she is currently recovering from daily activities without being too strenuous but still focusing on treatment and recovery while resting.

Lapillus is a six-member group consisting of Chanty, Shana, Yue, Bessie, Seowon, and Haeun who debuted in June this year with the digital single “힛야! (HIT YA!)."
