The De La Salle Lady Spikers once again rule the UAAP women's volleyball tournament.

After dropping the first two sets, the Lady Spikers staged a comeback, 19-25, 23-25, 25-15, 25-17, 15-10, to dethrone the National University Lady Bulldogs on Sunday, May 14, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena

Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Player Angel Canino chipped in 19 points, built from 12 spikes, six aces, and a block, for the DLSU squad to complete a sweep of the three-game series.

Thea Gagate also registered 17 points and Shevana Laput added 12 points for the Lady Spikers to win their 12th women's volleyball title in the UAAP.
