Former actress Kristine Hermosa-Sotto is expecting her sixth child at the age of 40.
Hermosa announced the good news in an Instagram post on Monday, February 19.
“Funny as it may seem, but I still get those butterflies every time I see double lines on the PT,” she wrote in her caption.
“kahit pa na ang dami na nila, parang laging 1st time.. iba’t ibang level ng overwhelming emotions each stage of every pregnancy,” she added.

The former actress admitted that she "still get those butterflies" even after seeing positive pregnancy test results countless times already.
“[P]arang laging 1st time. Ibang level din when you can already see and hear the heartbeat. Iba lang talaga ang peace and joy pag galing kay God,” she added.
Hermosa and husband Oyo Boy Sotto have five kids—their eldest son Kiel is adopted. Their three other sons are Kaleb, Marvin, and Vittorio Isaac and their daughter Ondrea.
The couple got married in 2011.
