Singer-actress and vlogger Kristel Fulgar was indeed surprised, as she was awarded “Influencer of the Month” at the 2023 Global Influencer, which is considered her first-ever Korean award.

On her Instagram page, the vlogger shared the achieved milestone, showing the moments she received the award in Seoul, South Korea, on December 7.

Fulgar received the Daesang award, the highest honor in any Korean award show, for her KrisTells Vlogs being recognized as the “most innovative and influential creator” for the month of December.

The 28-year-old actress-vlogger signed with Korean entertainment agency Five Stones Entertainment last year and debuted on her first TV appearance in a show under Korea New Network.

Fulgar started her career as part of the children's show “Goin’ Bulilit” and later embarked on a showbiz career in acting and singing.

She has become popularly known for her love of K-pop and Korean culture.
