<p>TV host and actress Kris Aquino reminisced all her good memories with her late brother, former president Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino III, as she penned a heartfelt letter on what would've been his 63rd birthday on February 8.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In a lengthy post on her Instagram, Kris started off with a memory from February 8, 2022, where her staff members presented her with a passport from the U.S. Embassy, along with her renewed 10-year multiple entry visa that they have been waiting for since December.&nbsp;</p>
<p>"That&rsquo;s when the significance of the day dawned on me, and i started crying&hellip; then we all started crying because nagparamdam ka- by that time marami na kong nalaman na ginawa mo ng palihim to make sure &ldquo;bunso&rdquo; &amp; her boys would always be safe&hellip;," she wrote.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Kris, the youngest among the Aquino siblings,&nbsp; apologized to her brother &ldquo;for being a brat and wasting years.&rdquo;</p>
<p>"I&rsquo;m sorry na nagpaka spoiled na nga May 18, 2021 para masilip ka- for once nag obey ako sa strict bilin ng doctor, when i should have been the REAL me &amp; barged in para nayakap kita,&rdquo; she said in the caption.</p>
<p>&ldquo;FYI nakabawi ka naman, i was scheduled for a Pet Scan that night BUT in the instructions dapat emotionally calm &amp; well rested, but everyone na kinwentuhan ko iniyakan ko, so i had to re-sked. It just felt wonderful that on your birthday you made me feel loved,&rdquo; she added.</p>

<p>In the past, Kris has been open about her &ldquo;complicated relationship&rdquo; with her brother when he was still alive.</p>
<p>President Aquino <a href="https://dzrh.com.ph/post/ex-philippines-president-benigno-aquino-dies-of-renal-failure-at-61" target="_blank" rel="noopener">died </a>on June 24, 2021, due to renal disease secondary to diabetes.</p>
<p>Kris, who is diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, is currently based in the United States for medical treatments.</p>
