<p dir="ltr">Last March 23, Kotaru posted his dance cover of EXO Kai&rsquo;s latest comeback single &lsquo;Rover&rsquo; which became a dance challenge called &ldquo;Rover Challenge&rdquo;.&nbsp;</p>
