The full dress rehearsals for the coronation ceremony of Britain's King Charles III and Queen Consort Camila Parker-Bowles transpired on the evening of Wednesday, May 3.
In a video posted by New York Post on Youtube, hundreds of United Kingdom's army, navy, and Royal Air Force, who are wearing full military uniforms, were seen marching from Buckingham Palace to Trafalgar Square and Downing Street and then straight to Westminister Abbey.
The Diamond Jubilee State Coach and Gold State Coach, the iconic carriages that the two Majesties will be riding to Westminister Abbey and upon returning to Buckingham Palace, were also spotted at the dress rehearsals.
"The all-night practice then featured soldiers playing instruments such as saxophones, trumpets, horns, and cymbals as they marched down the street," New York Post reported.
Meanwhile, the Royal Family said the King and The Queen Consort hosted the first 2023 Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday morning.
The two majesties were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, and The Duke of Kent.
Among the guests who are present in the Garden Parties are Lord-lieutenants, societies and associations, government departments, local government, the services, the church, and other faithfuls.
The coronation of King Charles, the former Prince of Wales, will take place at Westminster Abbey this Saturday, May 6.
