Actress KC Concepcion could not hide her happiness following the reunion concert of her parents Gabby Concepcion and Sharon Cuneta over the weekend.
Last October 27, the former lovers' reunite on stage for their 'Dear Heart' concert held at the Mall of Asia Arena. The fans of the two were in for some nostalgia as Sharon and Gabby performed songs from the 80's and 90s.
In a social media post, KC penned a heartfelt message to her mom and dad, saying that the reunion concert was a "fairytale come true."
"Last night was a fairytale come true… Thank you Lord sa pagkakataong ito na maexperience ang once-in-a-lifetime reunion ni Mama and Papa… Along with 25,000 of you live at the arena!" she wrote.
"Sorry for not sharing live updates last night. I savored every second of the night that will forever be etched in my #DearHeart … Thank you all for your love!"
During the concert, the three stood on stage, where Gabby and Sharon dedicated a song for their eldest daughter as well as an apology from the Megastar for "not being able to give you a complete family."
“I have four children. I do not have three; I have four. The first child to come and make me feel like a mother was this not-so-little girl [anymore] beside me," Sharon said.
“She made my life complete and if there’s anything I regret… Sorry, KC. We couldn’t give you that complete family, but you have two families. Papa and I never stopped loving you, and you were never the problem," she continued.
Aside from Concepcion, Cuneta has three other children with her husband Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan: Frankie, Miel and Miguel.
Cuneta and Gabby are set to another “Dear Heart” show on November 17 in Cebu.
