The incident occurred just days after Choco Mucho's reverse sweep victory against Zus Coffee.
Moreover, this is not the first time the former Ateneo standout will be out of action, as she also had to take a break last year due to an auditory condition.
Tolentino significantly contributed to her team’s performance in the 2024–25 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference, accumulating 79 points, including 56 attacks, 19 blocks, and 4 service aces.
