ZEROBASEONE was produced as part of the popular survival show "Boys Planet," which aired from February to April on the South Korean music channel Mnet.
The group consists of Sung Han-bin, Kim Ji-woong, Kim Tae-rae, Kim Gyu-vin, Park Gun-wook, and Han Yu-jin, who are Korean members, as are Korean-Canadian Seok Matthew and Chinese members Zhang Hao and Ricky.
"Boys Planet" was a sequel to "Girls Planet 999," which gave birth to the girl group Kep1er, who would perform in the Philippines in August.
