South Korean actors Jung Hae-In and Jung So-Min were confirmed to star in a new romance comedy drama named “Mom’s Friend’s Son.”

In a Soompi report, “Mom’s Friend’s Son” follows a notable architect named Choi Seung Hyo who wants to remove a chunk of his past involving his taxing relationship with a childhood friend named Bae Seok-Ryu.

They grow apart over time but will reunite as adults during an unfortunate circumstance.

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” writer Shin Ha-Eun and director Yoo Je Won were reported to lead the upcoming drama which was set to start filming this 2024 and premiere around the third quarter of the year.

Jung Hae-In earlier wowed fans for his portrayal of “An Jun-ho” in the Netflix series “D.P.” whereas Jung So-Min whose recent film “Love Reset” reached over 2 million moviegoers.
