A kilig-filled moment stole the spotlight during the SexBomb Girls’ rAwnd 4 reunion concert after Maneuvers dancer Joshua Zamora surprised his wife, SexBomb Girls member Jopay Paguia, with a second wedding proposal onstage.
The touching scene unfolded on February 7 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena as the concert was in full swing. Jopay had taken center stage for her solo number, dancing to “Jopay” by Mayonnaise—a song long linked to her name and iconic career.
Dressed in a superhero-inspired costume, she thrilled fans with a gravity-defying performance, dancing mid-air using an aerial hoop and swing as cheers echoed throughout the venue.
Moments later, the mood shifted from electrifying to emotional when Joshua appeared onstage. Addressing Jopay and the crowd, he began with:
“Our super mom,” before dropping to one knee and asking the question that stunned both his wife and thousands of concertgoers: “Will you marry me again?”
Overcome with emotion, Jopay broke down in tears before answering without hesitation, “Yes,” prompting loud applause and cheers from the audience.
Joshua and Jopay first tied the knot in Quezon City in 2014 and are set to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary this June.
The onstage proposal became one of the most memorable highlights of the SexBomb Girls’ much-requested "rAwnd 4" reunion concert.
The 90’s girl group’s fifth concert date took place on Sunday, February 8, at 8 p.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena, drawing thousands of fans eager to relive the group’s iconic performances and unforgettable moments.
