It seems that Jollibee has once again brought joy into the world, as USA Today hailed Jollibee as the Best Fast Food Fried Chicken among the restaurants in the area.
On Wednesday, USA Today’s 10Best Editors and a panel of fast food connoisseurs voted for their favorite fast food and quick-serve restaurants across 10 categories. Each panel member independently selected their top picks, which were later sorted into a poll.
In the end, Jollibee won the title of the most outstanding fried chicken over other food chains such as Pollo Campero, Popeyes, Guthrie’s Chicken, and so on.
“With 100 stores in North America, and more than 1,500 stores internationally, Jollibee is the largest and fastest-growing Asian restaurant company in the world,” USA Today’s description read.
“They're best known for Chickenjoy, the signature juicy, flavorful fried chicken. Order it in buckets or accompanied by sides — and don't forget to dip it in their silky gravy,” they added.
It’s safe to say that people in America are still buzzing over Jollibee’s "juicy-licious, crispy-licious" Chickenjoy, even years after being hailed as the Best Fried Chicken in America by Eater.com in 2022.
Jollibee USA took their excitement to social media, thanking their fans for getting the number one vote.
Jollibee is the largest fast-food chain in the Philippines with over 1,500 stores in 17 countries. It has continued to expand internationally with more than 270 branches in certain parts of the world.
