It was a moment of triumph for Jhong Hilario as he proudly received his diploma in Political Science with Latin honors, Magna Cum Laude, from Arellano University.

In an interview, Jhong expressed his gratitude for his achievement, considering it as his way of repaying his parents' sacrifices.
Kahit na late na at the age of 46, at least buhay pa yung parents ko," said the actor-turned-politician.
Juggling his studies alongside his demanding career was not an easy feat for Jhong. However, he remained determined and offered advice to others who aspire to complete their education.
Time management lang. For me napaka iksi ng buhay para walang gawin eh," he added.
Jhong rose to fame as part of the renowned Filipino boy group Streetboys, established in 1993.
Since his acting debut in 1996, he has graced the screens with notable performances in films such as "Muro Ami," "Caregiver," and the long-running TV series "Ang Probinsyano."
Aside from his role as a co-host on ABS-CBN's popular noontime show, It's Showtime, Jhong also serves as a city councilor in Makati.
