Kapamilya actress Janella Salvador bid farewell to her beloved cat, Twinkie, who had been with her for over 17 years.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Janella penned a special and touching message on the passing of Twinkie.
"The hardest part about loving animals is knowing that you’re bound to outlive them," she wrote as she shared photos of her holding Twinkie when she was just 7 years old as well as their latest photo.

The 24-year-old actress and singer recalled that her mother gave Twinkie to her as an advanced gift for her 8th birthday.
"I found him at a petshop in Pasay and fell in love so fast that I didn’t want to leave him behind and wait for my birthday. He was the perfect cuddly gentle cat anyone could ever dream of," she shared.
"Thank you for sharing 17 years of your life with us, Twinkie. You have a spot in my heart forever. š¤š¤" Janella added.
Several actors and actresses commented on Janella's post to extend their condolences to her.
"I am truly sorry for your loss, Jea. šš½š¤" Izza Calzado said.
"Jea we will pray for ur heart love u," Melai Cantiveros wrote.
