Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, PAGASA reported on Friday, September 22.

According to the weather bureau's latest bulletin, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the ITCZ.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to ITCZ, or localized thunderstorms.

Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speeds moving in a southwest direction with slight to moderate coastal water.

Sunrise will be at 5:45 AM, while sunset will be at 5:53 PM.
