The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will be affecting Mindanao and the eastern part of Visayas on Thursday, according to PAGASA.
Based on the state weather bureau's latest bulletin, Davao Region, Caraga, and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also caused by the ITCZ, or localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate wind speeds moving in a southwest to south direction, while coastal water will be slight to moderate.
Luzon will also have a light to moderate wind speed moving in a northeast-to-east direction with slight to moderate coastal water.
Sunrise will be at 5:45 AM, and sunset will be at 5:54 AM.
