The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) and easterlies will bring rain over several parts of the country on Wednesday, July 3, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Based on its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA said the ITCZ is affecting Palawan and Western Mindanao while the easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of the country.
Due to the ITCZ, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms to Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the localized thunderstorms.
For wind and coastal water conditions, the country will have a light to moderate wind speed moving in an east-to-south direction with slight to moderate coastal water.
Sunrise is at 5:31 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:29 a.m.
