Filipino alternative rock band Itchy worms will embark on a United States tour next year.
This was confirmed by the band’s vocalist and guitar Jugs Jugueta in a Facebook post on Tuesday.
“Para sa mga Kababayan natin sa Amerika… The Itchyworms’ FIRST US Tour is happening this Spring 2023!!! ” he wrote.
The “Akin ka na lang, Amerika!” tour will take place in the following: New York, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, and Las Vegas.
The US tour will go on for two months, from March until April 2023.
“We are so excited because it will be @theitchyworms’ first time to play in the US! Thank you so much, and SEE YOU SOON! ” Jugueta said.
Formed in 1996, Itchy Worms is composed of Jugueta, Kelvin Yu, Jazz Nicolas, and Chino Singson.
The band is popularly known for its classic OPM hits such as "Akin Ka Na Lang" and "Beer.”
