Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko" Moreno Domagoso has formalized his presidential bid on Monday as he filed his certificate of candidacy for the upcoming national elections.
Domagoso filed his COC at around 11:30 AM at the Harbor Garden Tent in Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City. He was joined by his running mate, online personality and physician Dr. Willing Ong.
He will run under the Aksyon Demokratiko party, where he was elected as the president a week after he joined.
"Sa lahat ng mga eleksyong sinalihan ko, ngayon ako kabadong-kabado. Para kang may ahas sa bituka. Pero balewala ang problema ko sa kinakaharap ng mga kababayan natin," Moreno said in his speech after filing his COC.

Moreno was among the personalities poised to run for president next year. He also ranked well in previous presidential surveys.
On September 22, he formally announced that he will vie for the presidency during an event at the BASECO Compound in Tondo, Manila.
