A house located beside a road in Sitio Kabungahan, Brgy. Cabacan in Labo, Camarines Norte, was completely destroyed after a landslide struck the area on Wednesday morning.

According to a report by Ruel Saldico, the landslide was triggered by continuous rains brought by the shearline.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported, as the house was unoccupied at the time of the incident.

In addition to the damaged house, a section of the Maharlika Highway was destroyed, rendering it impassable to vehicles.

The repair of the damaged road is expected to take some time.
