Global pop group HORI7ON has been named 'Male Idols Who Shined in the First Half of 2024' by Forbes Korea.
This recognition comes as part of the 6th Forbes Korea K-pop/K-entertainer Awards (FKA), held in collaboration with the global fandom platform Idol Champ from May 16 to June 12.
HORI7ON, comprising members Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Reyster, Winston, Jeromy, and Marcus, emerged victorious in a competitive field of 12 prominent K-pop groups. With an impressive 68.64% of the votes, the group demonstrated their immense global popularity and strong fanbase.
Formed through the Korean-Filipino joint survival audition program 'Dream Maker,' HORI7ON officially debuted last year with their full-length album 'Friend-SHIP.'
Since then, they have made significant strides in the K-pop industry, winning multiple awards both locally and internationally and dominating global music charts.
Their latest release, the single 'LUCKY,' showcases a fresh high-teen concept and has been well-received by fans.
The group's active promotion in both Korea and the Philippines highlights their cross-cultural appeal and growing influence in the music scene.
