Filipino and International ANCHORS, ready your roaring cheers as rising global pop boy group HORI7ON is set to hit the stage of MCountdown, one of the renowned Korean chart music programs, today to perform their debut title song “SIX7EEN”!
This is the group's debut performance, marking the start of their week-long promotions in South Korea.
"SIX7EEN” is the title track of their “Friend-SHIP” 1st Album which was dropped last July 24.
HORI7ON members, Vinci, Kim, Kyler, Reyster, Winston, Jeromy, and Marcus are anticipated to show off their energetic charms and highlight their musical colors in their "SIX7EEN” performance.
According to the group, their debut song is an "addictive melody and with the chorus making it unique with a slap bass" and the lyrics convey a warning message about a "confident teenager with a perfect hexagonal skill set, the cheerful ceremony also shows happy energy."
HORI7ON was formed in "Dream Maker" a global competition show of ABS-CBN in partnership with MLD Entertainment and Kamp Korea.
After their victory on the show, the HORI7ON members then released pre-debut digital singles such as "DASH" and "Salamat".
In April, the global pop boy group flew to South Korea to undergo training, and shortly after, they dropped the music video of "Lovey Dovey" which gained success in the country and other countries.
In June, HORI7ON bagged the Best Rookie Group category in the community and a fan voting application called "P-POP", making their presence in the music industry known.
