Moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Laguna, Batangas, and Nueva Ecija on Tuesday, May 14, according to PAGASA.

In an advisory issued at 8:10 AM, PAGASA said rain showers with lightning and strong winds are expected "within the next 2-3 hours.".
Meanwhile, the same conditions are being experienced in Quezon, particularly in Panukulan, Burdeos, Polillo, and General Nakar. This will persist for 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
"All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards, which include flash floods and landslides," PAGASA said.
PAGASA's daily weather forecast reported that easterlies and frontal systems will bring rain over the country.
