Directioners, does it ever drive you crazy? Just how fast the night changes.
On Saturday, Harry Styles broke the internet upon mentioning his former One Direction band members in his speech as the big winner at the BRIT awards, Britain's pop music honors.
Styles took home the coveted album of the year for "Harry's House", song of the year for his synth-pop hit "As It Was", best pop/R&B act and artist of the year, one of two gender-neutral categories introduced last year after BRIT awards organizers got rid of female and male distinctions.
This comes a week after he also won big at the Grammys, taking home two awards including the album of the year. .
During his speech, the 29-year-old singer gave a surprise shout-out to his former bandmates.
"I wanna thank Niall [Horan], Louis [Tomlinson], Liam [Payne], and Zayn [Malik], [because] I wouldn't be here without you," Harry said.
