South Korean actor Song Joong Ki is in a relationship with a non-celebrity British woman, his agency confirmed on Monday, Dec. 26.

In a statement as translated by Korean outlet Soompi, HighZium Studio said the actor is currently dating a “woman with positive feelings.”

“We hope that you will look warmly upon their relationship. We ask for your understanding in regards to the fact that we cannot confirm any information aside from the fact that they are dating, and we would be grateful if you refrained from publishing any speculative or unconfirmed reports,” it added.

In a video circulating on Twitter, Joongki was seen walking with his girlfriend at Incheon International airport.

According to Koreaboo's report, the British woman accompanied the 37-year-old actor in Singapore for the promotion of his drama “Reborn Rich.”

It said that Joongki is not hiding his relationship because he even introduced his girlfriend to the drama staff.

Joong Ki’s new romantic relationship came after three years of divorce from his former wife actress Song Hye Kyo.

The former Song-Song couple parted ways in June 2019, after getting married for two years. It was reported that the two were unable to "overcome their indifference."
