What a year it has been for singer-actress Hailee Steinfeld!
Seven months after she and her husband, NFL star Josh Allen, tied the knot, the couple announced on their social media pages that they are expecting their first child.
Hailee broke the news about her pregnancy in her latest Substack newsletter, sharing a roundup of 29 moments she loved this year, both big and small, in honor of her 29th birthday.
Reflecting on the past year, Hailee stated, “How lucky are we that we get to grow older? 28 was wild, beautiful, humbling, and full of the kind of moments that sneak up and change you quietly. This year, I’ve been reminded of how precious life is. I’ve surprised myself in a thousand different ways. Sometimes (many times), laughter saved the day.”
For her, work was both challenging and rewarding, a comparison that resonated with her childhood and late-night conversations, where she found creativity in unexpected places. Towards the end of the list, at number 29, the actress shared a sweet video of herself and Josh posing for the camera.
The actress is seen showing off her baby bump while out in the snow, with her husband kissing her. She also wore a black sweater that read “mother” across it. The end of the video showed the couple holding hands, looking at the camera as they stood in front of a tiny snowman.
The video was also shared through a joint Instagram post, with Hailee captioning it with a heart emoji.
Hailee and Josh began dating in 2023 and eventually tied the knot in Santa Barbara, California, on May 31.
