Justin Brownlee scored 34 while Maverick Ahanmisi, Japeth Aguilar, and Stephen Holt all finished with 18 markers for Ginebra to take the 14-point win.
Ginebra never looked back after ending the first quarter with a five-point lead, 30-25.
At halftime, Tropang Giga saw the deficit grow to 12 points, 54-42, after Holt buried a three-point basket.
Reigning Best Import of the Conference Rondae Hollis-Jefferson tallied 28 points while Calvin Oftana added 26 points to pace TNT.
Both TNT and Ginebra will fight to take the lead in the best-of-seven series when they face off on Game Five on Wednesday, November 6, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
