The Philippine never felt threatened after ending the first quarter with an 11-point advantage, 25-14.
Panganiban scored seven straight points, and Jolzyne Impreso buried a three-point basket to bring the lead of Gilas Pilipinas Women to 19-points, 44-25, at halftime.
Maygen Naassan finished with 19 points and Reem El Ghali chipped in 14 points along with 11 rebounds to pace Lebanon that trailed behind by 29 points at most.
The two game-win and the forfeiture of Syria allowed the Filipinas to complete a sweep of the group stage, and secured their spot in the semifinals.
