Gilas Pilipinas seized their second win in the 2023 FIBA U16 Asian Championship SEABA Qualifiers 2023 with a rout of Thailand, 85-49, on Tuesday July 18, in Indonesia.

Kiefer Alas scored 18 points and Kurt Velazquez added 10 points to lead the Philippine team that went up by 36 points at most.

The Philippines seized their first win in the tournament after defeating Malaysia, 94-52, last Monday, July 17.

The Filipinos will seek to complete an undefeated run in the SEABA qualifiers when they face Indonesia on Wednesday, July 19.
