The Filipinos seized their third straight win in the Hangzhou Games after defeating Hong Kong, 21-15, on Wednesday, September 27, in Hangzhou, China.
John Bismarck Lina and John Rey Pasaol both scored seven points, while John Bryan Sajonia and Justin Sanchez combined for another seven points for Team Philippines.
The Filipinos never felt threatened after widening the gap, 18-12, in the waning seconds of the match.
Ho Yin Wong and Cham Yuen Tsang both finished with five points, and Man Kei Anson Lam registered three points for Team Hong Kong.
Gilas Pilipinas 3x3 will return to action on Friday, September 30, when the squad faces Mongolia.
