According to the French Embassy, the event “will provide Filipinos the opportunity to experience or discover some of the most iconic specialities of French cuisine.”

The public is invited to visit the Goût de France Street Market which is expected to offer residents and visitors of Makati City a taste of French street food, crêpes, pastries and other delights together with wines, liqueurs, coffees and other beverages on the tree-lined Paseo Avenue along Ayala Triangle, the new address of the French Embassy to the Philippines (and Micronesia), the embassy enthused.

Goût de France will treat runners and bikers on Car-Free Sunday, June 2 on Ayala Avenue to a French breakfast of croissants and coffee at the French Market, the embassy said.

To further entertain the public, a traditional race of waiters is being organized on the afternoon on Sunday.
