PMGen. Leo Francisco will now serve as the new chief of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

The latest reorganization of the PNP moves Marbil from the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management to the CIDG.

He replaces PMGen Romeo Caramat Jr. who will now head the Area Police Command - Northern Luzon.

Meanwhile, PBGen. Matthew Baccay, who previously worked as director of the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management, will take over the reigns of the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management.
