First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos on Saturday said that she had nothing to do with the appointment of officials in the government.
In the 35-second video message shared by Presidential Security Group (PSG) Commander Col. Demy Zagala, Araneta-Marcos specifically pointed out that she had no involvement in the appointments in the Intelligence Service Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP).
She added that she leave the decision to her husband, President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr.
"If I find out that somebody is using my name. I shall tell my husband not to appoint you. I hope this is clear,” she added.

The First Lady asked Zagala to disseminate the video to clarify the allegations thrown against her.
“I am sick and tired of people using my name,” Araneta-Marcos stressed.
The First Lady’s video was released a day after the reappointment of Gen. Andres Centino as the head of the AFP.
