First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos has admitted that she has ill feelings toward Vice President Sara Duterte after the Laban Kasama ang Bayan prayer rally in Davao City last January.
Araneta-Marcos vented her feelings during a one-on-one interview with DZRH anchor Anthony Taberna.
"Bad shot na 'yan sa akin, unless she says sorry or whatever. Maybe she will or ... She crossed the line," she said.
The First Lady said she got hurt after seeing the Vice President laughing at former President Rodrigo Duterte's "bangag" accusation against President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. during the Laban Kasama ang Bayan prayer rally on January 28.
Before her attendance in Davao, the younger Duterte showed support to Marcos at his Bagong Pilipinas kick-off rally in Manila.
"Sympre nakita ko, sabi ko 'Wow man.' Masakit yan ... Tumawa sila, so for me, mali ata 'yan. You're getting sweldo from the government, you're supposed to be the alter ego, tapos gagawin mo iyan? Mali iyan. You crossed the line," Araneta-Marcos stressed.
She also admitted that she intentionally snubbed Duterte during the President's departure ceremony for the state visit to Vietnam in January.
"And after that, I snub her, I do it again," the First Lady added.
Araneta-Marcos also mentioned that even former Vice President Leni Robredo would not do the same thing that Duterte did.
"Nasaktan ako. I mean, my husband would do anything to protect you. You ran together 'di ba? Sama-sama tayo babangon muli. Pupunta ka sa rally, tatawagin yung presidente mong bangag, you'll going to laugh. Tama ba iyon? Even Leni never did that."
The Vice President has yet to issue her response to the First Lady's remarks, as of this posting.
