A fire broke out in a residential area in Barangay Zapote Uno, Bacoor, Cavite at 5:29 a.m. on Monday, January 13.
The fire was immediately raised to the third alarm. Firefighters had to maneuver through narrow roads and head toward a vacant lot to get closer to the affected properties.

Meanwhile, some firefighters made their way onto the roofs of adjacent establishments to aid in putting out the fire.
At exactly 7:04 a.m., the fire was declared 'out,' with at least ten homes completely gutted by the flames.
Reports indicate that the fire started from an electrical spark inside a house and rapidly spread to a nearby junk shop.
No fatalities or injuries have been reported from the fire.
