A fire blazed a residence in Maria Luisa St., Brgy. 567 Sampaloc, Manila, on Wednesday morning, February 7.

According to Boy Gonzales' live report on Damdaming Bayan, the first alarm fire started at 7:36 a.m.

At 8:20 a.m., the fire was reportedly under control.

The Bureau of Fire Protection was challenged to extinguish the fire as the houses were made of concrete and light materials.

Authorities are currently looking into the cause of the fire.
