

A fire broke out in Xavier School in Brgy. Greenhills, San Juan City on Wednesday morning, March 20.
In a fire advisory, Xavier School management said smoke was observed in the grade school library at 11:45 am.
“Students, guests, and school employees were immediately evacuated to the football field and sports center,” it said.

The Bureau of Fire Protection in a separate advisory stated that the fire reached the first alarm.
The blaze was declared under control at 12:24 PM and contained at 12:34 PM.
No casualties or injuries were recorded but some parts of the Xavier School were reportedly damaged.
